" Book Review-Command your Destiny by Ashok Gupta Good reading, though the language needs to me more simplified. Even I had to consult dictionaries. The book should be meant for all, lesser quotes, lesser diagrams et al. Yet Ashok has done a wonderful research, gone very deep. It is not a book to be read as a fiction. It should be read like a few pages a day, understood, digested, "unlearnt" and learnt. Its like reading "The Alchemist" or "Hot, Flat and Crowded" by Thomas Friedman and to the tune of Prof A P Kalam's "India 2020 A Vision for the New Millennium". Ashok's book carries a weight. Published in 1957 from London [Secker and Warburg] 'Rhythm in Heavens' of Ram Gopal and 'The Vision' of Kahlil Gibran are heavy readings too. Ashok Gupta may re-publish it, keeping in mind a greater group of readers. " |
