MANAGING STRESS: PUT THE GLASS DOWN

Make an imaginary stress garbage box outside of your home; it can be an old pot, a plant, your mailbox or anything. Before entering your home at the end of the day after fulfilling your responsibilities, dispose of every problem into it to come into your home as a great parent, husband and wife.
How long you will contain difficulties within you, the more you are allowing that to paralyze you and your soul. Mental burdens are like a glass full of water, the longer you will hold it, the longer it will make your arm to ache. The weight of the glass doesn't change, but the longer you hold, the heavier it becomes. Think about a pain, failure, hurdles for a while and nothing happens. But the more you will think about it, the more you will hurt yourself. And if you carry that 24 hours a day, you will feel immobilized for doing anything. As early in the evening as you can, put all your burdens down. Don't carry them through the evening and into the night.
It’s important to remember to let go of your stresses every time you enter your home. Remember to put the glass down!
