By severely curbing the number of calories and taking good amount of
vegetables, fruits (especially apples), and soups, we will live longer,
perhaps into our hundreds. Studies at the University of
Wisconsin-Madison on the participants who restricted calories by 25%
over several years shows ‘calorie restriction works to delay ageing’.
Monkeys lived longer when their daily food intake was reduced by a
quarter. Benjamin Franklin was right when he said, 'To lengthen thy life
lessen thy meals."
