QUESTION: SHOULD SKIPPING SLEEP TO ACHIEVE GOAL BE MADE A REGULAR OCCURRENCE?

Answer:
Sleep is a natural phenomenon. You can not avoid
it on the permanent basis lest it will produce serious damaging influences on
your mind, body including chronic psychosomatic problems. If you will not take
7-8 sleep in 24 hours cycle, your body will tend to fulfill it by one way or
other, you may doze off in day or fall asleep in unawareness. You can break
this 7-8 hour time span in chunks like taking nap
in afternoon, then again in evening, doing deep relaxation exercise etc. Those
who make records like cycling, singing, teaching for longer hour without
sleeping never do it on the regular basis. They involve in that for once and
then compensate the sleep time span by beginning to indulge in normal routine
for the next few days. The best quality goals are received naturally, easily
without disturbing natural cycle and potentialities. That enhances goal related
cognitive as well as physical abilities to the optimum turning goal a
certainty.
I would welcome questions and quarries.
