TOO MUCH WATER WITH MEAL, IT WILL DILUTE YOUR DIGESTIVE JUICES TO
PRODUCE OBESITY, INDIGESTION, GAS AND OTHER GASTRIC PROBLEMS. DRINK AS
MUCH WATER AS YOU WANT ONLY WHEN THE MEAL IN ABDOMEN IS FULLY DIGESTED,
THAT IS ABOUT 4 TO 5 HOURS AFTER DINNER AND LUNCH IN THE REFERENCE OF
INDIAN MEAL. OR DRINK WATER ABOUT 45 MINUTES BEFORE MEAL.
The people who
drink much water during meal or just after 1 hour are generally obese,
and usually suffer indigestion, obesity and flatulence.
THE FUNDAMENTAL: WHEN YOU TAKE WATER YOUR ABDOMEN MUST BE FULLY EMPTY
