If you want to lose weight, one tactic is to either drink or have a shake 30 minutes before your meal:


Starting today, to eat less, drink some water and/or have a protein
shake (not too much sugar if possible), 30 minutes before your main
meals. You’ll find yourself less hungry and more satisfied after eating.
